The Galaxy S26 Ultra in brief

The S26 Ultra has been on sale since March 11, 2026. It features a 6.9-inch QHD+ display with Corning Gorilla Armor 2, an Armor Aluminum frame, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy. The camera combines a 200MP main camera with a 50MP ultrawide lens and two telephoto lenses, offering up to 100x Space Zoom. New is the Privacy Display: per app, you can set it so people next to you cannot look along.

At 7.9 millimeters, the S26 Ultra is thinner than its predecessor. This makes it elegant, but also vulnerable without protection.

Designed around the S Pen and the cameras

An Ultra places higher demands on a case than a regular phone. Four lenses protrude from the back, the S Pen is at the bottom of the frame, and the screen extends almost to the edge. This S26 Ultra case is designed with this in mind.

The S26 Ultra charges wirelessly at up to 25 watts, and that works just fine with the case on. The USB-C port at the bottom remains completely free for the cable.

Many people look for an S26 Ultra case with MagSafe. Good to know: the S26 Ultra does not have built-in Qi2 magnets, and this case does not add a magnetic ring. Wireless charging is not affected, but magnetic wallets or holders will not stay attached on their own.

Can I use the S Pen with the case on?

Yes. The case leaves the S Pen opening free, so you can pull it out of the frame and put it back without removing the case.

Does an S25 Ultra case fit the S26 Ultra?

No. The S26 Ultra is thinner and has a different camera layout than the S25 Ultra. Always choose a case specifically made for the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

Is this an S26 Ultra case with MagSafe?

No. MagSafe is an Apple system, and the S26 Ultra does not have built-in Qi2 magnets. This case is not magnetic, but wireless charging up to 25 watts does work.

Does the case protect the camera?

Yes. Around the camera island is a raised edge, so the lenses lie free when you place the phone on its back.
