Not entirely satisfied with your order? At Alcanluxury, we offer you 100 days to return your purchase.
Within 14 days of receipt, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. After that, you can use our additional return service up to 100 days after receipt, provided the product is completely unused, undamaged, and in new and saleable condition.
To evaluate a product, you may inspect it as you would in a store. However, the product must not have actually been put into use.
We ask that you return the product in new, clean, and undamaged condition.
Return conditions
For a return, we ask you to take the following conditions into account:
- For the statutory right of withdrawal, notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt.
- The product may be inspected and evaluated, but not actually put into use.
- Return the product in new, clean, and undamaged condition.
- The costs for returning the order are at your own expense.

100-day return service
In addition to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, Alcanluxury offers you extra peace of mind with our 100-day return service.
After the first 14 days, you can return your purchase up to 100 days after receipt, provided the product:
- Is completely unused.
- Is undamaged.
- Is in new and saleable condition.
If the product does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return based on our voluntary 100-day return service.
The costs for returning the order are at your own expense. Our 100-day return service is an additional service and does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
If you return your entire order, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount of the returned products. If you paid for standard delivery with your order, these costs will also be refunded.
If you return only a part of your order, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount of the returned products. In that case, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The costs for returning the order to Alcanluxury are at your own expense.
We will provide a refund no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

Ensure that the product is sufficiently protected against damage during return transport. The shipping packaging in which you return the product does not have to be the original Alcanluxury shipping packaging.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Is there a material or manufacturing defect, or does a product not meet what you can reasonably expect from it? Please contact us at info@alcanluxury.com and include your order number and the issue.
A warranty claim is separate from a regular return. Your statutory warranty rights always remain applicable.
2-year warranty
In addition to your statutory warranty rights, Alcanluxury offers a 2-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear, signs of use, and damage resulting from drops, impact, misuse, or other external causes are not covered by this additional warranty.
Do you believe there is a material or manufacturing defect? Please send an email to info@alcanluxury.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
For a valid warranty claim, we will provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the problem, this may include replacement or another suitable solution. We will not charge return costs for a valid warranty claim.
This 2-year warranty is an additional commercial warranty and does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
