BUY 1 GET 1 FREE MIX & MATCH

During this promotion, you will receive one product for free when you purchase two participating products. The discount is automatically applied in your shopping cart. No discount code is required.

  • For two products with different prices, the cheapest product is free.
  • Are both products the same price? Then you receive one of the two for free.
  • If you add four participating products, the two cheapest products will be free.
  • If you purchase an odd number of participating products, the remaining product is charged at the regular retail price.
  • The promotion applies exclusively to the participating products displayed on the promotion page.
  • Gift cards and any other excluded products are not covered by this promotion.
  • Don't see the discount in your cart? Please check whether the chosen products are participating in the promotion. Still having trouble? Please contact our customer service.

Combining with other discounts

The BUY 1 GET 1 FREE MIX & MATCH promotion cannot be combined with discount codes, other promotions, or existing offers.

When another discount is applicable, only one discount can be applied per order.

For free shipping on orders over €75, the final order amount after applying the promotional discount is decisive.

Returns during the promotion

Your legal right of withdrawal and our additional 100-day return service remain applicable during this promotion. For the conditions, please refer to our Returns page.

If you return both products from a 1+1 combination, you will be refunded the actual amount paid for that combination.

If you return only one product from a 1+1 combination, the refund will take the original promotion into account. The product you keep will be charged at the regular retail price. Any remaining amount will be refunded to you.

A product that was processed as a free item due to the 1+1 promotion does not represent a paid purchase amount in itself and therefore cannot be refunded separately for a cash amount.

The costs for return shipping are at your own expense, in accordance with our return policy.
