Frequently Asked Questions
All about our luxury Alcantara accessories
What is Alcantara?
Alcantara is a luxurious synthetic material that feels like suede, but is more durable, water-repellent, and easy to care for. It's used in sports car interiors and premium accessories, among other things.
How do I clean my Alcantara product?
Use a soft brush or microfiber cloth to remove dust. For stains, a slightly damp cloth with mild soapy water works. Avoid harsh cleaning agents and excessive water.
Does Alcantara discolour over time?
Alcantara retains its beauty for a long time, but as with fabrics, slight discoloration can occur with heavy use or dirt buildup. Regular cleaning helps prevent this.
Are Alcantara cases and straps suitable for everyday use?
Yes. Alcantara is durable, lightweight, and breathable. It offers excellent grip and feels comfortable, even during extended use.
Do you offer a warranty on Alcantara products?
Yes, we offer a standard 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear from normal use.
